Beta terms
These terms govern the private AudioBarrio technical beta operated by . They remain a draft until approved by qualified counsel.
Eligibility and accounts
The beta is invite-only and available to people age 13 and older in the United States. Members age 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate eligibility information, keep access to your provider account secure, and may not sell invitations or automate account creation.
The beta service
AudioBarrio is experimental. Features, provider integrations, data, and availability may change or be interrupted. Activity labeled recently observed is not represented as confirmed live listening. We may impose reasonable limits or discontinue the beta.
Music services
You authorize only the permissions shown by each connected music service. Your use of Spotify, Apple Music, or SoundCloud remains subject to that provider's own terms. AudioBarrio does not stream or host their audio. Disconnecting a provider removes its credentials and imported listening events; changing a primary login provider first requires the migration process in account settings.
Your content
You retain rights in messages you send. You give AudioBarrio a limited permission to store, transmit, display, moderate, and delete that content only as needed to operate and protect the beta. Do not send content you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable behavior
Do not harass other members, send hateful or sexual material, threaten others, spam chats, probe private activity, evade blocks, automate requests, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to access another person's provider credentials. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or revoke beta access to protect members and the service.
Messages and reports
Chat is limited to accepted friends. Ordinary messages are removed after 30 days. A reported-message snapshot may remain until review is complete and for 30 days afterward. Reports must be made in good faith.
Account control and termination
You may pause sharing, pause tracking, remove friends, block members, report messages, disconnect eligible secondary providers, delete listening history, or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, provider requirements, or discontinuation of the beta.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided on an experimental, as-available basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, dispute process, and exceptions required by applicable law must be finalized by counsel before these terms are used externally.
Governing law and contact
